I achieved a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in computer science (networks) and over two years industry experience. Previously, I held positions as a desktop support administrator and systems engineer. Currently, I am employed as an Integration Engineer.
Through my work, I have gained a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field. Apart from my educational background and professional expertise, I have also managed my own ecommerce business.
My proficiency in decision-making and quick problem diagnosis, along with a strong adherence to policies and procedures, have enabled me to provide excellent user support. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality work and take pride in my ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
