I’m Anthony Constant — a Systems & Network Integration Engineer and founder of Constant Labs, the platform behind the Constant Labs Tactical Kit (CLTK). I hold a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Computer Science (Networks) and have spent the last several years working across desktop support, systems engineering, and complex network integration projects that keep UK emergency services online.
My work centres on solving real-world IT challenges where downtime isn’t an option. I’ve configured and deployed Cisco routers, FortiGate firewalls, and mission-critical infrastructure, led nationwide migration projects, built automation tooling, and delivered solutions that improve reliability at scale.
Over time, I found myself designing scripts, tools, and verified configuration templates to eliminate manual effort and reduce engineering risk. These resources evolved into Constant Labs — a platform built to help IT professionals automate faster, troubleshoot confidently, and work with engineering-grade reliability.
Today, I focus on sharing practical, field-tested automation tools through the CLTK, enabling engineers to streamline workflows and build more consistent, dependable systems.
Whether I’m maintaining emergency-service infrastructure or developing new tooling for the community, my goal is always the same: to make systems more reliable, efficient, and ready for the future.

Led a mission-critical migration for the UK Ambulance Trust (POP), taking the project from planning to deployment. Designed and refined Cisco router configurations in a reference system (RefSys), reverse-engineered templates to ensure compliance, and verified live configurations before rollout.
Developed a custom automation tool to simplify config updates and eliminate manual errors.
Verified voice and data connectivity with functional testing, resolved issues quickly, and kept the project on schedule.
Produced weekly progress reports and coordinated with cross-functional teams to achieve a smooth, fully documented migration.

Deployed network changes across 100+ police control rooms nationwide as part of a small integration engineering team.
Validated router configurations with UK emergency services to minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
Created a Python-based automation tool using regex and logic to apply bulk configuration changes safely, cutting hours of repetitive work and improving accuracy across rollouts.

Migrated devices from Cisco ACS to Cisco ISE for multiple police control rooms, creating detailed step-by-step documentation.
Remotely onboarded routers, switches, and firewalls, resolving access issues and using out-of-band management where necessary.
Travelled on-site to configure legacy devices manually and contributed to one of the first successful live rollouts — later presenting results and lessons learned to the wider integration team.

Configured and deployed Cisco routers and FortiGate firewalls for the Scottish Fire control room migration.
Simulated real-world scenarios using test PCs and radios to verify end-to-end voice and data communication.
Created a PowerShell script to automate connectivity checks, reducing testing time significantly. Resolved a critical NAT misconfiguration, oversaw the migration, and ensured a smooth handover to a satisfied customer.

Worked as part of a 4-person team to perform IOS upgrades on stack switches across multiple Remote Control Sites (RCS).
Ran pre-upgrade traceroutes, carried out console-based upgrades during maintenance windows, and verified post-upgrade paths to maintain routing consistency.

Collaborated with UK emergency services to maintain and upgrade critical servers, ensuring system availability and reliability.
Commissioned and decommissioned systems, performed maintenance, and used trackers to plan and execute tasks with precision.

Founded and operated an independent electronics business on eBay, designing a custom landing page with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, secured via Cloudflare DNS and SSL/TLS.
Managed end-to-end e-commerce operations, including product sourcing, logistics, optimization, and customer service — supported by QuickBooks for accounting and Subivi CRM for automation.
Achieved Top-rated Seller status with over 3,000 sales and 980+ positive feedback ratings, maintaining 5.0/5.0 delivery and communication scores.
Gained valuable experience in automation, online business management, and branding, later closing the store after meeting key business goals.

Worked in a 4-person team to deploy over 100 laptops and convert desks for the development department.
Used Agile methodology and Miro boards to plan, execute, and deliver the project on time with minimal disruption.

Performed a grey-box pen test using Kali Linux, Nmap, and Metasploit; compiled results into a formal security report with mitigation steps.

Built a browser-based paint app with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, featuring colour selection, brush size control, and undo functionality — strengthening programming and testing skills.

Originally launched in 2020 as anthonyc.co.uk, the site began as a simple portfolio for employers to explore my work and background.
By 2021, it evolved into anthonyconstant.co.uk — a full professional platform combining engineering insights, technical guides, and digital toolkits for IT professionals and students.
Inspired by others but built with my own twist, the platform now serves as a central hub for publishing my kits, lessons, and automation tools — all drawn from real-world projects and testing within my Reference System.
What started as a personal showcase has grown into a space where I share practical knowledge to help others in IT learn faster, work smarter, and progress with confidence.
