All Constant Labs products (including CLTK Add-Ons, Lite, Pro, and Enterprise tiers) are distributed as licensed digital software, not sold outright.

Each license tier is governed by its own Software License Agreement (EULA), which defines usage scope, redistribution limits, and support entitlements.

Lite Tier — evaluation and non-commercial use
Pro Tier — single-engineer or commercial license
Enterprise Tier — multi-environment or organizational use
 

By downloading, installing, or using any Product, you agree to the applicable EULA terms displayed during installation or download.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original code, documentation, designs, and digital products available on the Website — including the Constant Labs Tactical Kit (CLTK) and Precision Build Framework — are owned by Anthony Constant and protected under UK and international intellectual property law.

Constant Labs retains full ownership of all underlying intellectual property. Licenses grant limited, revocable use rights; they do not transfer ownership.

You may be required to create an account to access certain resources or services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

While each Constant Labs release is digitally signed, hash-verified, and catalog-validated under the Precision Build Framework, we do not guarantee that any Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anthony Constant, Constant Labs, and their affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

All Constant Labs products undergo internal QA verification; however, verification does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of performance. 

In all cases, liability shall not exceed the total license fee paid (if applicable) for the relevant Product or Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anthony Constant, Constant Labs, and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download or activation has occurred.

Refunds will only be provided where required by law or in cases of accidental duplicate purchase.
By purchasing or downloading digital content, you acknowledge that the right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once access begins.

12. Modifications to Terms
