You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, educational, or evaluation purposes, unless otherwise permitted under a paid licence tier, subject to these Terms. 

Certain resources may require acceptance of a specific End User Licence Agreement (EULA) at the time of download.
You agree not to reproduce, resell, modify, or redistribute any Website content, assets, or Products without prior written permission.

3. Digital Products and Licensing

All Constant Labs Products, including CLTK Lite, Pro, Enterprise, and any related add-ons, are licensed digital software and are not sold outright. Each licence tier is governed by a specific End User Licence Agreement (EULA). The Lite tier is provided for evaluation and personal use. The Pro tier provides a commercial or single-engineer licence. The Enterprise tier is designed for multi-environment, business, or organisational deployment. By downloading, installing, or activating any Product, you confirm your acceptance of the EULA that applies to the relevant tier. 

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original code, documentation, templates, visuals, and other materials available on the Website—including CLTK and Precision Build Framework assets—remain the intellectual property of Anthony Constant.

Licences grant limited usage rights only. Ownership is not transferred.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your account.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated if used to breach these Terms, distribute licensed materials unlawfully, or engage in malicious or fraudulent behaviour.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

The Website is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC034019, and complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Constant, Constant Labs, and associated parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

In all cases, liability shall not exceed the total licence fee paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Constant Labs, Anthony Constant, and affiliates from any claims arising from your misuse of the Website or violation of these Terms.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales become final once a download or activation has taken place.

Refunds are only available in cases of duplicate purchase or where legally required.
By downloading digital content, you waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
