Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of IT and tech support services provided by Anthony Constant ("Service Provider") to the client ("Client"). By booking a service, the Client agrees to abide by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
The Service Provider offers IT and tech support services, including but not limited to:
- Diagnosing and resolving software crashes, system errors, and hardware failures.
- Troubleshooting device compatibility and connectivity issues.
- Recovering lost or accidentally deleted files, documents, and photos.
- Setting up computers, printers, and smart devices.
- Optimizing device performance and network connectivity.
- Providing expert guidance on software and hardware solutions.
All services will be performed based on the agreement between the Client and the Service Provider. The estimated completion time will be determined based on the scope of work.
3. Fees and Payment
- The total fee for services will be £[Total Amount].
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% (£[Deposit Amount]) is required at booking.
- The remaining balance of £[Balance Amount] is due upon service completion.
- Additional services beyond the original agreement will incur extra charges, payable immediately upon completion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
- If the Client cancels the service after booking, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued if the Service Provider is unable to perform the agreed-upon services.
- If an issue persists within 7 days of service completion, the Service Provider will provide follow-up support at no additional charge.
5. Termination of Services
- The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the Client is abusive, non-cooperative, or refuses to make payment.
- Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions outlined in the original service agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and necessary information regarding the issue.
- Ensure access to devices, software, and networks required for service completion.
- Back up all data before service work begins.
- Allow the Service Provider reasonable time to diagnose and resolve issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to resolve all technical issues but does not guarantee that every issue will be fully resolved.
- The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services provided.
- The maximum liability of the Service Provider is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
- The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss, software corruption, or device failures that occur after service completion.
8. Confidentiality and Data Security
- The Service Provider will keep all Client data confidential and will not disclose any information unless required by law.
- The Client acknowledges that while reasonable security measures are taken, no digital environment is 100% secure, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats.
9. Intellectual Property
- The Client may use any resources or guides provided on https://anthonyconstant.co.uk/ for personal use only upon signing up.
- Any commercial use of resources, guides, or software solutions provided by the Service Provider is prohibited without written permission.
- All intellectual property, including custom software, scripts, IT solutions, technical reports, and documents, remains the property of Anthony Constant.

10. Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Cyberattacks
- Power outages
- Service disruptions by third-party providers
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by UK law.
- Any disputes should first be addressed through direct communication between the appropriate parties to seek a resolution.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be taken in accordance with UK jurisdiction.
