These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of:

• Precision Build Framework resources
• Marketplace add-ons
• Documentation
• Validation tooling
• Templates
• Downloadable software packages
• Related digital products and services

By accessing the Platform, downloading Products, creating an account, or using any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access, download, install, or use the Platform or Products.

2. Platform Scope

anthonyconstant.co.uk is the unified operational platform for:

• Constant Labs®
• Constant Labs Tactical Kit (CLTK)
• Precision Build Framework resources
• Documentation and release validation materials
• Marketplace distribution
• Governed add-on distribution
• Release verification resources
• Integrity validation services
• Portal resources and onboarding materials

constantlabs.io redirects to this Platform for operational consistency and release governance purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform or obtain Products.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, export controls, organisational policies, and industry requirements.

4. Licence and Permitted Use

All Products are licensed, not sold.

Subject to compliance with these Terms and any applicable End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”), Constant Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Products for authorised purposes.

Permitted use depends upon the applicable licence tier, including but not limited to:

• Lite / Evaluation & Learning
• Professional (Pro) / Production & Commercial Use
• Enterprise / Organisational Deployment & Support

You may not:

• redistribute Products without written permission
• sublicense Products
• resell Products
• remove integrity protections
• remove signatures, manifests, or validation metadata
• bypass marketplace governance controls
• tamper with governed release packages
• reverse engineer integrity enforcement mechanisms
• misrepresent ownership or authorship
• use Products unlawfully or maliciously

5. Release Governance and Integrity Enforcement

Constant Labs Products may implement governed release controls including:

• SHA256 validation
• Catalog verification
• Authenticode signature enforcement
• Release manifests
• Marketplace trust enforcement
• Deterministic validation workflows
• Governed add-on installation
• Version compatibility controls

Tampering with governed release artifacts may:

• invalidate integrity status
• prevent execution
• block add-on installation
• invalidate support eligibility
• invalidate release trust state

Only officially distributed release artifacts are considered authoritative.

Official governed releases are distributed using approved release packaging.

Where specified by release documentation:

• .7z is the authoritative governed release format
• alternative repackaging is not authoritative
• modified release packages are unsupported

Repackaging, modification, redistribution, or alteration of governed release artifacts is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.

6. Marketplace and Add-On Governance

Marketplace add-ons and extension packages may be subject to additional validation requirements including:

• mandatory SHA256 verification
• governed installation workflows
• trust-state enforcement
• signature validation
• catalog validation
• marketplace compatibility validation

Constant Labs reserves the right to block installation or execution of:

• unsigned modules
• modified modules
• tampered modules
• incompatible modules
• unsupported modules
• modules originating from untrusted sources

Add-ons distributed outside authorised channels are used entirely at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All original software, code, templates, documentation, designs, validation frameworks, release engineering methodologies, governance systems, branding, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of Anthony Constant and/or Constant Labs® unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

• Constant Labs®
• Constant Labs Tactical Kit (CLTK)
• Precision Build Framework
• Marketplace governance systems
• Validation workflows
• Release engineering methodologies
• Documentation assets
• Operational templates
• Platform branding

No ownership rights are transferred through licensing, download, registration, or purchase.

8. User Accounts and Platform Access

Where account functionality is provided, you are responsible for:

• maintaining credential confidentiality
• securing your account
• ensuring authorised usage
• all activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where misuse, abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, licence violations, or security risks are identified.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Constant Labs complies with applicable UK data protection legislation, including:

• UK GDPR
• Data Protection Act 2018

10. Security and Responsible Use

You agree not to use the Platform or Products to:

• conduct unlawful activity
• perform unauthorised access attempts
• violate network or system policies
• distribute malware
• bypass security controls
• interfere with operational systems
• engage in harmful or abusive conduct

Certain Products may include administrative, automation, infrastructure, networking, validation, reporting, or diagnostic capabilities.

You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful and authorised usage within your own environment.

You may not use the Platform or Products to reproduce, commercialise, or redistribute proprietary Constant Labs governance frameworks, release engineering methodologies, validation systems, or marketplace trust architectures.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Products and Platform resources are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Constant Labs disclaims all warranties including:

• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• uninterrupted availability
• compatibility
• operational accuracy
• error-free performance

Although governed integrity protections may be implemented, no Product is guaranteed to be free from defects, incompatibilities, configuration issues, environmental limitations, or operational constraints.

Users remain responsible for validating outputs, testing deployments, and assessing suitability for their environment.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Constant, Constant Labs®, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• loss of business
• loss of profits
• data loss
• operational interruption
• reputational harm
• security incidents arising from misuse
• configuration failures
• environmental incompatibilities

Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Product or licence during the preceding twelve months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

13. Professional and Operational Responsibility

Products provided by Constant Labs are operational tooling and engineering resources intended for technically competent users.

You are responsible for:

• validating outputs
• maintaining backups
• testing before production deployment
• implementing operational safeguards
• ensuring compliance with organisational policies

Constant Labs does not provide managed operational oversight unless separately agreed in writing.

14. Refunds and Digital Content

Due to the nature of digitally delivered software, governed release artifacts, downloadable tooling, and digital content:

• all sales are generally final once access, download, activation, or delivery has occurred
• refund eligibility is governed by the applicable Refund Policy available through the Platform
• by downloading digital content you acknowledge waiver of applicable cancellation rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where permitted

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may reference or link to third-party resources, services, repositories, vendors, or websites.

Constant Labs is not responsible for:

• third-party content
• third-party security
• availability
• operational behaviour
• external policies
• third-party licensing terms

Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

16. Modifications to the Platform or Terms

We may update:

• Products
• release governance controls
• marketplace requirements
• documentation
• operational workflows
• these Terms

Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

17. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without notice where:

• Terms are violated
• licence misuse occurs
• tampering is detected
• unlawful activity is suspected
• security risks arise
• marketplace governance is bypassed

Termination does not remove obligations relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, governance controls, or restricted usage.

18. Insurance Statement

Constant Labs maintains professional and operational insurance coverage, including professional indemnity and cyber-related coverage where applicable.

Insurance coverage does not expand liability beyond the limitations stated within these Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from the Platform or Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Constant Labs® regarding use of the Platform and Products.

Continued use of the Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.
