Refund Policy

1. General Policy
- Many resources on anthonyconstant.co.uk are provided free of charge for personal use. Refunds do not apply to free resources or downloadable materials.
- For any paid services or digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Due to the nature of IT and tech support services provided by Anthony Constant, all service fees are non-refundable once the service has been completed. However, I strive to ensure client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any outstanding technical issues.
2. Website Resources and Digital Products
- If a paid digital product (e.g., an eBook, guide, or software tool) is offered on the Website, refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- The product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue.
- A billing error resulted in an overpayment or duplicate charge.
- The purchase was made in error and the refund request is submitted within 24 hours, provided the resource has not been accessed or downloaded.
- No refunds will be provided for digital products that have been successfully accessed or downloaded.
3. Deposits and Cancellations (For Services)
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon booking.
- If the Client cancels the service after booking but before service commencement, the deposit will not be refunded.
- If the Service Provider is unable to complete the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
4. Service Satisfaction
- While I make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues, I do not guarantee specific results, as resolutions depend on system conditions and external factors.
- If an issue reoccurs within 7 days of service completion, I will provide a follow-up service at no additional charge.
- If the issue persists due to external factors unrelated to the original service, additional charges may apply.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The Service Provider was unable to perform the agreed-upon service due to circumstances beyond my control.
- A billing error resulted in an overpayment.
- Services were paid for in advance but were never started due to the Service Provider’s inability to proceed.
6. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Successfully rendered services, including but not limited to troubleshooting, consultations, or completed support tasks.
- Digital products that have been successfully downloaded or accessed.
- Any data loss, software corruption, or device malfunctions that arise after service completion due to factors outside my control.
- The Client is responsible for ensuring data backups prior to service commencement, as the Service Provider is not liable for any data loss.
