Refund Policy

Many resources on anthonyconstant.co.uk are provided free of charge for personal use.
Refunds do not apply to free resources or downloadable materials.

For paid services or digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Due to the nature of IT and tech support services provided by Anthony Constant, service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered. However, I strive for client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any outstanding technical issues.

For paid digital products (e.g., eBooks, guides, software tools):

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• The product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue.
   
• A billing error resulted in an overpayment or duplicate charge.
   
• The purchase was made in error and a refund request is submitted within 24 hours, provided the resource has not been accessed, downloaded, or used.
   

 No refunds will be provided for:

• Successfully downloaded or accessed digital products.
   
• Change of mind after access.
   

In accordance with UK and EU law, digital products are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period once download or access begins.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon booking.
   
• If the client cancels after booking but before service commencement, the deposit will not be refunded.
   
• If the Service Provider is unable to complete the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.
   

While I make every reasonable effort to resolve technical issues, specific results cannot be guaranteed due to system conditions and external factors.

• If an issue reoccurs within 7 days of service completion, I will provide a follow-up service at no additional charge.
   
• If issues persist due to factors unrelated to the original service, additional charges may apply.
   

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Services were not rendered due to the Service Provider’s inability to proceed.
   
• A billing error resulted in an overpayment.
   
• A digital product was inaccessible due to a technical issue.
   

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Successfully rendered services.
   
• Successfully downloaded digital products.
   
• Data loss, software issues, or device malfunctions post-service not caused by the Service Provider.
   

Note: Clients are responsible for ensuring data backups prior to service. The Service Provider is not liable for any data loss.
