1. General Policy

Many resources available on anthonyconstant.co.uk, including those under the Constant Labs platform, are provided free of charge for personal use. Refunds do not apply to free resources or downloadable materials.

For paid services or digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Website Resources and Digital Products

For paid digital products (e.g., eBooks, guides, scripts, templates, toolkits) offered through the Constant Labs platform on anthonyconstant.co.uk:

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• The product is defective or inaccessible due to a technical issue.
   
• A billing error resulted in an overpayment or duplicate charge.
   
• The purchase was made in error and a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the resource has not been accessed, downloaded, or used.
   

No refunds will be provided for:

• Successfully downloaded or accessed digital products.
   
• Change of mind after access.
   

In accordance with UK and EU law, digital products are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period once download or access begins.

3. Professional Services

For IT and technical support services provided via anthonyconstant.co.uk:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required upon booking.
   
• If the client cancels after booking but before service commencement, the deposit will not be refunded.
   
• If the service cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the service provider, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.
   

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

While every reasonable effort is made to resolve technical issues, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to varying system conditions and external factors.

• If an issue reoccurs within 7 days of service completion, a follow-up service will be provided at no additional cost.
   
• If the issue is unrelated to the original service or caused by new factors, additional charges may apply.
   

5. Refund Eligibility Summary

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Services were not rendered due to the service provider’s inability to proceed.
   
• A billing error resulted in an overpayment.
   
• A digital product was inaccessible due to a verified technical issue.
   

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Successfully rendered services.
   
• Successfully downloaded or accessed digital products.
   
• Data loss, software issues, or device malfunctions post-service not caused by the service provider.
   

Note: Clients are responsible for performing data backups prior to service. The service provider is not liable for any data loss.
