1. General Policy
Many resources available on anthonyconstant.co.uk, including those provided through the Constant Labs platform, are offered free of charge for personal or educational use. Refunds do not apply to free or complimentary resources.
For paid services, one-time purchases, or licensed digital products, refund eligibility is assessed according to this policy and in accordance with UK consumer law and the Constant Labs Precision Build verification standards.
2. Digital Products and Add-Ons
Paid digital products, including CLTK Add-Ons, templates, automation scripts, and toolkits, are eligible for refunds only under limited circumstances. A refund may be issued if the product is inaccessible due to a verified technical fault, if a billing error results in an overpayment or duplicate charge, or if a purchase was made in error and a refund request is submitted within 24 hours, provided the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
Refunds cannot be issued for digital products that have been downloaded or activated, for changes of mind after access begins, or for issues caused by user error or system incompatibility where the product itself is not at fault.
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once access to digital content has begun. All Constant Labs Products are licensed rather than sold outright, and refunds apply only to the original transaction, not to licence validity once activation has occurred.
3. Professional Services and Technical Services
For IT consulting, engineering, or technical services provided by Constant Labs, a non-refundable consultation fee of the total fee is required at the time of booking. If a client cancels before service delivery begins, the deposit is retained. If Constant Labs is unable to deliver the service due to circumstances beyond its control, any payments made will be refunded in full. Once services have been delivered, the associated fees become non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits our ability to offer discretionary goodwill refunds where appropriate.
4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If a technical issue reoccurs within seven days of service completion and is directly related to the original scope of work, a one-time follow-up session will be provided at no additional cost. Issues that fall outside the original scope or arise due to new external conditions may be subject to standard service rates. Clients are responsible for performing appropriate data backups before any technical work begins. Constant Labs accepts no liability for data loss or corruption resulting from client negligence or external system failure.
5. Refund Eligibility Summary
Refunds may be considered only where a service cannot be delivered due to the provider’s inability to proceed, when a duplicate payment or billing error has occurred, or when a digital product is inaccessible due to a verified technical fault. Refunds are not available for completed services, successfully downloaded or activated digital products, changes of mind after access, or issues arising from user systems or third-party environments where the Constant Labs product is not at fault. Clients are responsible for safeguarding their data before any technical work begins.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or dispute a charge, please contact the appropriate support channel. Each request is reviewed on an individual basis. Approved refunds are processed within ten business days using the original payment method where possible.

7. Policy Assurance
