Refund Policy

Effective Date: 11 November 2025 


1. General Policy

Many resources available on anthonyconstant.co.uk, including those under the Constant Labs platform, are provided free of charge for personal or educational use.
Refunds do not apply to free or complimentary resources.

For paid services, subscriptions, or licensed digital products, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

All refund decisions are made in accordance with UK consumer law and Constant Labs’ internal verification standards under the Precision Build Framework.


2. Digital Products and Add-Ons

For paid Constant Labs digital products (including CLTK Add-Ons, templates, automation scripts, or toolkits):

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or inaccessible due to a verified technical issue.
     
  • A billing error resulted in an overpayment or duplicate charge.
     
  • The purchase was made in error and a refund request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded, accessed, or activated.
     

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Successfully downloaded or activated digital products.
     
  • Change of mind after access.
     
  • User error or system incompatibility not caused by the product.
     

Legal Notice:
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, digital products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once download or access begins.

Each Constant Labs product is licensed, not sold. Refunds apply only to the transaction — not ongoing license validity once activated.


3. Professional Services & Technical Services

For IT consulting, support, or engineering services provided by Anthony Constant / Constant Labs:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking.
     
  • If a client cancels before service commencement, the deposit will not be refunded.
     
  • If Constant Labs cannot deliver the service due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, a full refund will be issued for any payments made.
     
  • Once a service has been rendered, the associated fee becomes non-refundable.


4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

While every effort is made to resolve technical issues, outcomes depend on system conditions, configurations, and third-party software.

  • If an issue reoccurs within 7 days of service completion, a one-time follow-up session will be provided at no additional cost.
     
  • If the issue is unrelated to the original scope or caused by new factors, standard service rates may apply.
     
  • Clients are responsible for performing data backups prior to service. Constant Labs accepts no liability for data loss caused by client negligence or external system failure.
     

5. Refund Eligibility Summary

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • The service was not rendered due to the service provider’s inability to proceed.
     
  • A billing error or duplicate payment occurred.
     
  • A digital product was inaccessible due to a verified technical issue.
     

Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:

  • Successfully rendered or completed services.
     
  • Successfully downloaded, activated, or accessed digital products.
     
  • Change of mind after access, download, or installation.
     
  • Data loss, software issues, or device malfunctions that occur after service completion and are not caused by the service provider.
     

Clients are responsible for performing data backups prior to any technical service.
The service provider accepts no liability for data loss, corruption, or system damage resulting from external conditions or client negligence.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or dispute a charge, please contact the appropriate support channel below.
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, depending on your original payment method.
