It is built for offline ownership, digitally signed for integrity, and aligned with the Precision Build Framework to help engineers deliver reliable, auditable, and production-ready results.

Version 2.0 introduces a fully modular launcher, verified extensions, a checksum-validated framework, redesigned templates, and improved automation built around the Precision Build Framework. Every module is digitally signed and SHA-256 validated, ensuring integrity and traceability across all components. Existing users automatically receive the upgrade. 

Version 1.2 introduced the menu-driven launcher, improved PowerShell scripts with cleaner outputs, refined documentation templates, and refreshed formatting for audit materials. These upgrades served as the stepping stone for the more advanced Precision Build architecture in v2.0.

The Tactical Kit includes a unified launcher, automation scripts for audits, discovery, troubleshooting, and testing, redesigned documentation templates, a refined PowerShell cheat sheet, and a fully signed and integrity-verified module set. All components are self-contained and run entirely offline with no external dependencies.

Simply download and unzip the kit, open PowerShell, and run .\tactical_kit_launcher.ps1. The launcher provides access to all tools and documentation modules, and no installation process or setup environment is required.

No. All tools run in standard user context unless a specific script requires elevation, which is rare and clearly indicated. Most workflows can be used safely without admin privileges.
