Extend your Tactical Kit with catalog-aligned add-ons, SHA-256–verified releases, and engineering-verified support services. All guidance, integrations, and deliverables follow the Precision Build Framework to ensure consistency, traceability, and long-term operational reliability in real-world environments.
Select CLTK User Support for setup validation, integrity checks, or troubleshooting. Choose an Engineering-Verified Add-On Design session if you are planning new modules, integrations, or catalog-aligned extensions.
We diagnose configuration or integrity issues, verify digital signatures and catalog alignment, and assess compatibility against the Precision Build Framework. Guidance is grounded in real engineering constraints not generic advice.
Receive a validated action plan, implementation guidance, or a Precision Build–aligned proposal. All outcomes are structured to preserve version integrity, traceability, and long-term reliability.

Every active Lite and Pro user receives free, engineering-verified support delivered by a certified Constant Labs engineer. Support always includes installation assistance, workflow troubleshooting, add-on and script compatibility checks, version validation, and general environment guidance. All sessions follow the Precision Build Framework to ensure consistency, reliability, and verified performance across your setup.
No. Engineering-Verified CLTK Support is completely free for all Lite and Pro customers. You only pay for Engineering-Verified Add-On Design sessions, custom automation projects, or integration work. Pricing is always shown upfront before any paid work begins.
This 45-minute session is intended for users who want to plan or scope a new verified add-on, automation, or integration for their CLTK environment. During the session, your engineer maps the workflow logic, identifies integration points, validates feasibility, and prepares a verified build outline with pricing. Optional documentation or priority development can also be scoped if required. If you choose to proceed, your consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your project.
The consultation fee covers the engineering time required to define requirements, assess feasibility, and prepare a verified build proposal. If you proceed with development, the fee is fully credited toward the project. If you choose not to continue, the fee is not refundable.
It is helpful to have your current CLTK version, installed add-ons, and a brief summary of your issue or automation goal. Screenshots, logs, or basic workflow notes are optional but can support engineering validation.
All support and design sessions are delivered remotely via a secure Zoom meeting. This allows for verified environment checks, faster troubleshooting, and no on-site requirements. Remote delivery also ensures everything is validated under consistent, engineering-controlled conditions.
If a support issue cannot be fully resolved during your session, your engineer will provide a clear explanation, outline any dependencies or compatibility constraints, and recommend next steps. There is no charge for unresolved support issues.
We only access your system if you explicitly grant permission using your chosen remote-access method. During sessions, we view only the essential information required to perform engineering validation. We never store sensitive files, credentials, logs, or configuration data. All access is temporary and session-based.
All Constant Labs add-ons and automations are built under the Precision Build Framework. Each version is validated, digitally signed, and tested for compatibility with your environment. Deliverables always include verified logic, a clean deployment package, and optional documentation or follow-up support. This ensures safe, reliable, engineering-grade automation for your CLTK setup.
Even small adjustments are handled as custom automation, because they must still pass the same verification, safety, and compatibility checks as any other build. The Engineering-Verified Add-On Design session is used to scope both minor tweaks and larger enhancements.
We apply strict engineering-grade privacy standards. Only essential information is viewed during a session, and nothing is stored once support concludes. Recordings are optional and remain entirely yours. All add-on development is carried out using isolated test environments and never your live systems.
You receive a verified review of your CLTK setup, add-on compatibility and version checks, troubleshooting assistance, and clear engineering guidance based on Precision Build standards. Optional recommendations or follow-up support are included if relevant.
Your engineer maps your workflow logic, identifies integration points, validates feasibility, and prepares a verified build outline with pricing. If you choose to proceed, the session credit is applied toward your build. Your solution is designed to be safe to deploy, technically verified, and compatible with your CLTK setup.
Yes, if they meet current compatibility and safety requirements. If an older version cannot safely support a new automation, we will advise you on update options before continuing.
Development time depends on complexity. After your design session, you receive a development estimate, a timeline, and optional priority-slot availability. Smaller automations may take only a few days, while more advanced integrations may take longer.
Updates are not included automatically. You can request future logic improvements, version compatibility updates, or additional integrations at any time. All updates follow the same engineering-verified standards and are billed at standard development rates.
